Please carefully READ before completing your booking request!

Deposit/Reservation 

At the time of booking a non-refundable deposit/down payment of $75 for all rentals along with a signed contract will be required to secure your requested date. After down payment and contract have been signed your event date is secured. The remaining balance will be due 5 days before event. Dates are not reserved until a deposit is made. Reservations can be paid out ahead of event, if needed.Please note that dates are not confirmed until someone reaches out to you and deposit is paid.​

Weather Conditions. 

If you are hosting an outdoor event, Please be aware of all weather conditions. We will not set up in the rain or if rain is forecasted for that day. YOU MUST HAVE A BACK UP LOCATION THAT IS INDOORS FOR UNEXPECTED WEATHER RELATED CONDITIONS. No refunds will be made unless otherwise discussed. In warmer months the equipment does get hot to the touch and will require a shaded area or a canopy, NO EXCEPTIONS!Please note: Once we setup equipment there will be no refunds or reschedule.

 

 Set Up/Take Down/Delivery

Set up and take down are included in your total price. Renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery. Renter is also responsible for providing electricity if needed for equipment.​
