Cancellation Policy

ONCE YOUR EVENT DATE IS SCHEDULED & YOUR DEPOSIT IS COLLECTED, ALL OTHER CLIENTS HAVE BEEN REFUSED YOUR SPECIFIC RENTAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES FOR YOUR EVENT DATE, AND THUS THE $75 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL OTHER PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK OF YOUR EVENT. ALL SERVICES MAY BE CANCELED IF RECEIVED IN WRITING VIA PAPER OR EMAIL NO LATER THAN THREE (3) WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. A CREDIT IN THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT WILL REMAIN ON FILE IF THE EVENT IS POSTPONED AND WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF CANCELLATION. YOU WILL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO PAY THE BALANCE OF YOUR INVOICE UNLESS YOU PLACED A CUSTOM ORDER WHICH WAS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR EVENT. IN SUCH CASES, YOU WOULD BE CONTRACTUALLY BOUND TO PAY THE BALANCE DUE ON THE ACCOUNT.
